Admit Card is Live — Do Not Delay

The Reserve Bank of India has officially released the RBI Assistant Mains Admit Card 2026 on May 27, 2026. The download link is now active on the official RBI website at rbi.org.in, and every candidate who qualified in the Prelims examination held on April 11 and 13, 2026 must download their Mains call letter immediately. The Mains examination is scheduled for June 7, 2026, which means you have exactly 10 days from today to prepare, plan your travel to the exam centre, and ensure everything is in order for exam day.

This admit card is not just a formality — it is a mandatory document without which you will not be permitted to enter the examination hall under any circumstances. No digital copy, no screenshot, and no mobile version will be accepted. You must carry a physical printed copy of the admit card along with a valid original photo ID proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence.

Why This Exam Matters

The RBI Assistant is one of the most respected and stable government banking positions available in India. Selected candidates are posted across various RBI offices in different states and work directly under the Reserve Bank of India — the apex banking authority of the country. The position offers strong job security, a revised starting salary structure, annual increments, housing allowance, medical benefits, and a clearly defined promotion pathway. Clearing this exam is a significant career milestone, and the Mains examination is the final written stage before Language Proficiency Test and final selection.

Unlike the Prelims, which was only qualifying in nature, the Mains marks directly count in the final merit list. This means every single mark you score on June 7 determines your rank, your selection status, and the office you will be allotted to. There is no room for complacency — even candidates who performed well in Prelims need to treat the Mains with complete seriousness.
