Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications (As on July 01, 2026)

• Staff Assistant (Clerk): Graduation degree course in any discipline (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent) from a recognized university. Candidates must possess proficiency in the Telugu local language and basic working knowledge of computers.
• Assistant Manager (Scale-I): First Class Graduation degree course in any discipline (minimum 60% aggregate marks) OR Commerce Graduation degree course with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks OR Post Graduation degree course from a recognized university. Candidates with diplomas from IIBF or specialization in Economics/Statistics receive preference.

Salary Structure & Service Bond

Selected candidates receive competitive pay scales along with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other bank perquisites.

  Service Bond: Candidates appointed as Assistant Managers are required to execute a service indemnity bond of ₹2,00,000/- to serve the bank for a minimum period of 2 years.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The recruitment selection process comprises a single-stage online computer-based test (CBT) followed by document verification and medical evaluation. There is no interview round for either post.
