Educational Qualification & General Criteria

  • Academic Requirement: Graduation degree course in any discipline (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent) from a recognized University or Institute approved by the Government of India. Results must be declared on or before July 31, 2026.
  • Ineligibility Bar: Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training in any organization or possess post-qualification work experience of one year or more are not eligible.

Age Limit (As on July 01, 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 20 Years
  • Maximum Age: 28 Years (Candidates born between July 01, 1998, and July 01, 2006, inclusive)
  • Upper Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), and PwBD (10 years).

  1. Phase 1: Online Written Test (CBT): Objective computer-based examination evaluating candidates on general aptitude and foundational knowledge.

  1. Phase 2: Local Language Proficiency Test: Assessment of reading, writing, speaking, and understanding skills in the specified local language of the applied state. Candidates who studied the local language in 10th or 12th standard are exempted upon producing valid mark sheets.
  2. Phase 3: Document Verification & Medical Examination: Final credential check and physical fitness evaluation before engagement.
