1. Phase 1: Online Written Test: Objective test consisting of 150 questions carrying 150 marks with a total time duration of 180 minutes. Topics include Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness. A negative marking penalty of 0.25 marks applies for every incorrect response.
2. Phase 2: Document Screening: Verification of post-qualification banking experience certificates, age proofs, and academic records.
3. Phase 3: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): Mandatory language test for candidates who have not studied the local state language in 10th or 12th standard.
4. Phase 4: Personal Interview: Evaluates professional experience, domain competency, and communication skills (50 Marks).
