Candidates selected through this recruitment process will be appointed as Specialist Cadre Officers in the State Bank of India.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Eligibility Criteria<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Educational Qualification<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates applying for the Bank Medical Officer (BMO-II) post must have:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An MBBS degree from a recognised university\/college approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates having a Post Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Degree (MD\/MS or equivalent) will be preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Experience Required<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates with an MBBS qualification must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Practitioner after registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates with a postgraduate qualification must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Practitioner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Internship experience will not be counted for eligibility.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Age Limit<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The maximum age limit for candidates applying for the BMO-II post is 35 years as on 31 May 2026.
